  • How soon should I book you?
As early as you’re comfortable! I work with a limited number of families to ensure personalised support, so booking in advance secures your spot and gives us plenty of time to prepare together.
  • What exactly does a doula do?
As a doula, I provide emotional, physical, and practical support during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. This includes preparing you for birth, supporting you through labour, and being there after baby arrives—whether that’s through newborn care, meal prep, or helping you adjust to life as a parent.
  • What areas do you service?
I'm based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, and support families across the surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether I cover your location, feel free to get in touch—I'm always happy to chat.
  • Are your services just for first-time parents?
No - every birth is different, and every family deserves support—whether it’s your first baby or your fifth.
  • Do you only support mums who had a C-section?
Not at all! While I have personal experience with C-sections and love supporting mums through recovery, I support all birth experiences—whether vaginal, cesarean, or induction.
  • Can you help if my baby arrives early?
If your baby is born before 37 weeks, we’ll work together to find the best option. Depending on where we are in the agreement, I offer partial refunds or can shift support to when your baby is home.
  • What happens if you can't attend my birth?
A: In the rare case I'm unavailable, a trusted backup doula will step in to support you.
